  • Flooring consultation and design

Service availability may vary depending on location, materials, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service when necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.

3. Estimates & Project Scope

Estimates are based on information available at the time of consultation or site inspection. Final pricing may change if actual site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed. Additional work outside the original scope requires client approval and may result in extra charges. Payment terms are outlined in a written agreement before work begins.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide accurate project and property information. Rescheduling may require advance notice. Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the project site
  • Disclose known hazards or site conditions
  • Obtain necessary HOA or permit approvals
  • Secure pets and personal property during service work
  • Make timely payments according to the agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CPK Flooring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, hidden utilities, natural material variations, or delays caused by weather or third-party contractors.

7. Warranties

Any workmanship or material warranties will be provided in writing in the project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable materials or equipment.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access. Website content is for informational purposes only and may change without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, and media, is the property of CPK Flooring (“The Wood Specialist”) and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms
